Accomplishments: 
Finished 14th in Western Massachusetts Division I meet last season. Off to an impressive start this season with two first place finishes and one second place. 


Of note: Runs all year round. Returned from a leg injury. 


“It’s been going really well. I’m trying to improve my strengths and work on my weaknesses.” 

Coach Michael Budd on McGowan: 
“She’s one of the hardest working people I’ve every coached and she does everything we ask of her. She’s definitely the fastest distance runner I’ve ever coached.” 


FACT!

Second time out in the new uniforms. Damn, we look GOOD!

Another stellar performance by Mountain Dew and little Powder Puff showed well along with the "tumbling" Hobgoblin.


We might not win every time out, BUT after careful review of the picture, we DO have the BEST LOOKING team in the State!

I cannot WAIT until tomorrow, because WE GET BETTER LOOKING EVERY DAY!

FIRST WIN

Good job today XC Ladies. We defeated West Springfield for our first win of the season. Stellar performances by Mountain Dew and HiHo Silver led to winning. Next time we shall have to get after Eastfield...I mean Westfield Voke.

We found out today Coach Budd does NOT like us to be referred to as "Lancers".

INDOOR SCHEDULE

Dates are up, but opponents are yet to be determined.
