We shall not have access to the school AND it is going to rain all day.
Our best bet is to do all of your drills on your own and do workouts alone or in tandem,
DISTANCE: Put in 4 miles or more
THROWERS: Throwing progression
SPRINTERS: Repeat Thursday's workout (FORM/OFF HEELS)
We shall resume Monday...expect a long day!
