FRIDAY PLAN

As of this moment, the plan is to GO to Boston for the Team Pentathlon and Speed Classic.

DEPARTURE will be at 6:30 instead of 6:45. We may need the extra time to deal with the elements.

I have sent an e-mail to the meet directors as well as Mr. Magee and Mr. Marchewka.

I believe the Boston forecast as well as the Springfield ones indicate that we may have some snow, but it could be minimal. As we head East, it will be rain with warmer temperatures.

Coming home, it is supposed to be really warm and it is possible a lot of what we had in the morning may have melted.

Berkshire, Hampshire and Franklin counties should get hit a lot harder.

GET UP EARLIER THAN USUAL to allow time to clear off vehicles and get to the school. The school should be open for us at 6:00- 6:30. Get there as soon as you can.

We also have Mark driving, which is also really good news.

Pack your blankets and pillows so you can snooze on the way there.

We are going to have a TERRIFIC DAY all around!

TEAM PENTATHLON RECORD/DRIVE

The old record of 2938 points was beaten yesterday at the Team Pentathlon.

The old record was held by some of the all-time greats at our school including: Ali McMahon, Kayla Rybacki, Liann Simonds, and Julia Weithofer. 

This group of Paige Suse, Abby Laughlin, Elisabeth Cooke, Lauren Champigny and Kayla Fraser outscored some of OUR legends.

2960 POINTS!

We are holding a can and bottle drive Friday at the High School starting at either 9 or 10 AM. Please help us raise some really necessary money!

MEET 12/27

As of 10:04 tonight, the meet is still on for tomorrow.

I spoke with the Meet Director and they shall make a determination at some point really EARLY in the morning. I also have the number for the Bus Driver, so he'll also get notified if there is a change.

I wish I could be more specific, but I cannot.

LADYSPARTANS SECOND

Killer, Boomayay, Red Raven, Pooh Bear and Bootstrap combined to finish with 2938 points to finish second in the Team Pentathlon!

The 4 x 200 meter relay also combined to finish first and secure the 4th fastest time in the State at 1:49.72. This included Flojo, Killer, Red Raven and Boomayay!
